Hi Vincent (and others),
I have the following situation in my PC:
- Creative Audigy ZS 2
- ASUS Essence stx II 7.1
I use the Digital-In of the Audigy to receive an AC3/DTS stream from an external device. The Creative drivers/card then decode that stream to 6 channels and sends it to its three analog outputs of the card (L+R, C+SUB, LS+RS).
In J-River I can 'listen' to the Creative ASIO and send those 6 channels through my Asus Soundcard without a problem.
But I would like to get that ASIO output through Voicemeeter. As far as I know, you can't attach ASIO/multichannel to the A1/2/3 inputs, so my question is (if possible):
How can I get an multi-channel ASIO output into Voicemeeter?
TIA!
BR,
Alain

Re: ASIO output into Voicemeeter
ASIO Routing capabilities are explained in the user manual:

Re: ASIO output into Voicemeeter
Hi Vincent,
Thanks for that, I have seen that part but still doesn't get to me. Maybe I'm over thinking it:
I just would like to have 8 channels of ASIO:Creative to WDM:Dirac so Voicemeeter can do the volume.
If I select ASIO:Creative on the A1 bus, I can route the channels to A1/A2/A3 inputs or the A2/A3 bus like the manual says indeed. But from there how can I send it through my speakers (WDM: Dirac)?
Regards,
Alain
