For macrobutton hotkeys, can you please add support for selecting the `~ key?

Bump for this request. I just made a new macro and wanted to bind it to CTRL+ALT+`

I was stumped because not only can I not use CTRL and ALT together, but I also cannot use the backtick/tilde key.
CTRL+ALT+F1 would have been OK, but I can't do that either.... Only CTRL+F1 or ALT+F1

I attempted to use the XML to use both modifiers and the appropriate keycode, both separately and combined, to no avail. Even if this had to be done in such manner (no UI support, only editing config files) that would be enough.
