Hello,

I stumbled across Voicemeeter yesterday as a solution to my party chat volume while recording Xbox gameplay using an Elgato HD60s.

The issue I am having is getting to the Voicemeeter Banana install file. I am able to navigate to the Banana tab on the vb-audio site. I have tried the zip file and the .exe file download buttons. No matter which one I try, it is only installing the regular Voicemeeter. What am I missing? I appreciate any help you can give.

I had this same problem while following the install prompts right after downloading.
There's a few things I missed along the way - the program must be installed in administrator mode (see my note below) and the pc must be rebooted after each install and uninstall attempt. It really helped to have a restore point created in windows before I started. I really messed up and was able to go back to where I started.

This is what I did to solve the problem, using windows 7
Created a restore point in windows.
Open windows file explorer, go to downloads, find the voicemeeter exe file, RIGHT CLICK, then choose "run as administrator". Worked perfect for me, I hope it works for you too.

Voicemeeter Banana package installs both Voicemeeter Standard & Voicemeeter Banana. it's up to you to run the one you want (search in your start menu or app list).

Voicemeeter Potato package installs the 3 versions too.
