I need help reset everything to default.

So ive messed up my VM installation and want to start from scratch. Every time I uninstall reboot, reinstall, reboot all the settings are kept from the former Installation. I need a way to completely re-initialize the install with 0 settings carried over. Im using the virtual cables A,B,C,D and voice meter Potato. I've tried deleting the install folder and the obvious registry keys after uninstallation but all my settings still persist.

WE NEED PROPER INSTALLER/UNINSTALLER. This dumb 1990s styles installer needs to go for something modern. All it seems to do when you uninstall is delete the driver. Leaving everything else behind to trash up your system.
