How to send audio on specific ASIO channels ?

Post by ValentinBraem »

Hello everyone !

I'm using an Behringer XENYX UFX1204 mixer in ASIO and he has 4 output channels. My question is how I can send (for example) the audio of Voicemeeter Aux on the channels 3-4?
I can send on the channels 1-2, because it's the main (default) channels, but I don't understand how I can change or switch for put on the others output ASIO channels.

Here is some screenshots that can help you.

Hi there,

You can use the line marked "PATCH BUS TO A1 ASIO Outputs" to achieve this. In "OUT A2" simply set the first box to 3 and the second to 4 by clicking until it is the correct number

yes, as it has been suggested,
you may use different BUS and patch them to ASIO output (in the system settings dialog box).

BUS A1 will send audio to ASIO out 1, 2,3... 8 automatically.
but BUS A2 can be patched to ASIO out 3,4, for example and it will overwrite BUS A1 on these channel.
and so on with BUS A3...

more info in user manual page 21: ASIO Routing Capabilities.
