Hi,

I downloaded the latest version and ran it, It had a remove button to remove the old version, so I clicked it, and vm was removed, I restarted and ran the installer again and it's still showing remove button, I have checked I couldn't find a trace of the program on my computer, I even ran a program called BC uninstaller and it didn't find anything related to vm, so what is going on? I can't install the program, and just to be clear I did run the installer as an administrator! any help is appreciated.

Thanks a Million, that was very helpful, I found the vb-audio driver in the device manager, uninstalled it then were able to reinstall.
