After installation on Win10 and higher Windows version, the Voicemeeter VAIO driver is offering 8x I/O with a different pin name for each. Legacy Voicemeeter Input, AUX and VAIO3 are there and VAIO 1-5 are also present as optional virtual I/O extension. More info in our forum:
NOTE: pin name must be different for all 8 Virtual I/O , otherwise it should not work, application won't be able to select the right device.
If all Voicemeeter I/O are names "Speaker" after installation, it means there has been a problem (e.g. you forgot to reboot you computer), and you may or re-install or use the VAIO control panel in administrator mode to reset pin name an icon.
Step -1- find the Voicemeeter VAIO Control Panel
The new VAIO driver Control Panel is named VBVoicemeeterVAIO_ControlPanel.exe and is located in C: \Program files (x86) \ VB \ Voicemeeter.
You can find it by typing "VBVoice..." in the Windows search bar:
Step -2- run the control panel in administrator mode
Simply right click on Virtual I/O Control Panel item to open the contextual menu, then select "Run as Administrator".
Step -3- Select Reset Pin Name and Icon 1
Once it is displayed, simply go in Option menu to select "Reset Pin name and Icon 1".
Then restart your computer.
OTHER OPTION
the "Reset Pin Name and Icon 2" option will rename Voicemeeter virtual input into "Voicemeeter in #1 to #8".
How to reset VAIO driver's Pin Name & Icon (3 Steps) ?
