Assuming A1 and A2 are both connected through an asynchronously USB interface, they will have different clock domains.
Assuming A2 has a slightly higher clock rate (by a few PPMs), PC will have to sync them otherwise there will come a time A2 will not have Audio data to output.
How do you solve that problem? Sample-Rate Conversion?

The problem is solved by Voicemeeter, designed to work with any audio clock on any audio point.
