32-bit vs 64-bit iinstall?

I noticed that my VB was in the Program Files(x86) folder and also looked at it's process in Process Lasso, which showed it was 32-bit. So uninstalled it, and then I downloaded the 'Installer' and it also installed again. The installer doesn't give me a choice of 32 or 64, so what's going on?
Do I need to download the zip to get the 64 bit? Just curious why the installer doesn't seem to have 64 bit..

I just downloaded the .zip and see that it just contains the same? installer??
How do I install the 64 bit version?
