Hello,

We have VoiceMeeter installed on 60 computers used to record ZOOM audio and local audio from people in the room. For some reason, it happend sometime that the sound is choppy or has a strobe effect.

Rebooting the computer fix the problem for some time... or Restart Audio Engine alors seem to fix the problem...

Is there a way prevent this from happening ?

We have installed the version 1.0.8.8 a couple weeks ago and it does not prevent this problem from happening from time to time.

If you did not find a fully working audio configuration, you may consider to restart audio engine when you lose audio stream stability.

We expect to fix most of these problems with next update and our new VAIOs generation (planned for November normally).

Yes the Audio Engine restart works, but since users that are using these computers are not very skillfull it is bad when it happens and they don't know what to do. (judges that are having zoom courtroom hearing)

yes, it's currently in test in our Discord server, you can also test it by coming in and follow instruction in #new channel.

We tried the version 1.1.1.1 of VoiceMeeter and it did not fix our random issue.

It happend on every computers we have approximately every 10 times...

The fix is to Restart Audio Engine.

Is there a special config we could use that might be more stable ?

and come on our Discord server to let helpers check your configuration,

We have 54 computers with the same issue. It happens randomly and also with 1.1.1.3.

Let me know what settings i can try... for the moment all is default settings...

We need the microphones + PC sound to be merged into one signal so it can be recorded...

It work correctly, but one in 5 times the computer boots we have to restart audio engine...

You may post screenshot of Voicemeeter and its system settings dialog box to let me see your current configuration.
